Offshore Siting Principles and Guidelines for Wind Development on the Great Lakes

This report was developed by the Great Lakes Wind Collaborative, and it contains siting principles and guidelines that are intended to serve as a basis for discussion and thought for stakeholders interested in the sustainable development of offshore wind in the Great Lakes region.
