This document was jointly prepared by the Edison Electric Institute Avian Power Line Interaction Committee and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. It is intended to provide a “tool box” of guiding principles and examples to help electric utilities develop their own personalized Avian Protection Plans (APPs).
