Pipeline Regulation

In response to a Marcellus Natural Gas Extraction study, the League of Women advocated for increased transparency for and public input on pipeline facilities and natural gas decision-making. This report on pipeline regulation was generated to accompany and explain their position, and it contains an overview of pipeline regulation at the federal, state, and local levels. (PDF, 1042 KB)
